Com o apoio do PRR – Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia<\/a><\/strong> e
dos Fundos Europeus NextGeneration EU, o Arsenal do Alfeite desenvolveu o
projeto da Academia do Arsenal, uma Academia que assenta em dois pilares
fundamentais, a Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos humanos e a Inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O projeto de investimento pretende dotar o Arsenal do
Alfeite de uma Academia de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dedicada ao desenvolvimento de programas de
ensino e \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada de profissionais e \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da inova\u00e7\u00e3o em
tecnologias e processos.<\/p>\n

No \u00e2mbito do projeto, foi constitu\u00eddo o Centro de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e
Experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o inovAA, dedicado \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o, melhoria cont\u00ednua e
efici\u00eancia dos processos produtivos, com foco na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e repara\u00e7\u00e3o naval
atrav\u00e9s da transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital do sector e subsectores com a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de
tecnologias da ind\u00fastria 4.0.<\/p>\n
